How long does it take to get set up?

Normally it only takes a few days to get started. Once you place an order you will be assigned an Account Manager who will help you get set up quickly. It's important to make yourself available or provide us an alternative contact person.

Your Account Manager will contact you via telephone to gather the exact details about your needs, your company, your sales or support processes, your product or services and much more. Basically, your Account Manager will become an expert on your products and services.

Are there any special software programs or servers that I need to get started?

What is a Call Back Request?

Allowing us to be your first line of contact is a powerful thing! We will be able to handle a lot of your prospects or clients pre-sales or post-sales questions for you. At times, your prospects or clients may have a special situation and will need to speak with you about customizing their order or have unique needs or concerns that takes a command decision.  In these cases we will push your prospect or clients to your contact form and have them fill it out. You will then receive an email notification to call this person.

Several ways...We can either collect the prospects information for you and fill out a "Call Back request for them, direct the prospect to a Call Back form for you, or email you directly. The default method is pushing your prospect to the call back form. This method works great. If you have special needs please call in advance
