* Once you have depleted your incidents you will automatically be billed for additional incidents at 25 incidents until your next billing cycle. unless you cancel your service. Please note: Incidents do not carry over month to month. This is a labor intensive program.

* All accounts will be supplied Live Chat Agents 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year
